ZIK SiLi-nano organized in cooperation with Max-Planck Institute of Microstructure Physics the collective workshop about coating of Si-based nanostructures with PbS-nanoparticles. Within the workshop Prof. Mikhail Artemyev (Scientific Research Institute for Physical and Chemical Problems) presented a talk about "Seminconductor and metal colloids, nanostructures and composite materials for optoelectronics and biomedical applications".
